Greycliff is an independent business-service pilot. When you request a research sample or a follow-up fit review, we store your business name, email, service area, the service or workflow description you provide, submission time and consent to respond. Please do not submit your customers’ personal details or quote documents through the inquiry form. The five-minute follow-up self-check runs in your browser; its answers are not sent to us.

How we use it

We use your submission to assess whether the requested service fits and respond about the pilot. We do not publish or sell submissions, add you to unrelated marketing lists, or collect payment through this site. Only the operator can access submissions through the hosting account; there is no public customer list.

Storage and retention

The site and private form database are hosted by Cloudflare. A daily cleanup removes requests after 90 days, and expired records are also removed when a new request is processed. Cloudflare processes technical connection information for delivery, security and diagnostics under its privacy policy. Deleted data may remain temporarily in provider backups. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We do not log form contents.

Remove your request

Use the removal code shown when you submitted the form. The code is created before submission and kept in the current browser session where available, so it remains accessible after a connection failure or reload. Copy it before closing the tab. It is not emailed. Removing a request also withdraws your request for further pilot contact. This form does not affect records of any separately agreed paid service.
